  • I’ve found the shoes I want but can’t select my size
    You can leave your size in the comments. Please make sure you choose your correct size.
  • Can you give me more information about the shoes?
    I'm a custom specialist and I gather everything that you like and create your shoe custom to your liking.
  • Has my order been sent yet ?
    You can check all updates in your email. Once item is shipped out you will receive an confirmation email.
  • Can I track my order ?
    Yes a tracking number will be sent via email once your item has been shipped out.
  • Which methods of payments can I use?
    You will be able to use Pay Pal/Credit Card Method at checkout.
  • I forgot to use my discount code! How do I fix this?
    Please send an inquiry to armandglammer@gmail.com and we will send you a new code for your next purchase.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Unfortunately, these are custom items and are specially ordered so refunds are not applicable. Please ensure that you throughly look over your oder before making a purchase.
  • How long does is take for delivery?
    Most deliveries can take anywhere from 2-4 business days to receive. However please keep in mind that packages can be delayed due to holidays, inclement weather, and post office back ups.
