Do you offer refunds?Unfortunately, these are custom items and are specially ordered so refunds are not applicable. Please ensure that you throughly look over your oder before making a purchase.

How long does is take for delivery?Most deliveries can take anywhere from 2-4 business days to receive. However please keep in mind that packages can be delayed due to holidays, inclement weather, and post office back ups.
