SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders may take up to 5 business days to be received and processed before being added to the design schedule. This gives us time to review the order and any additional comments added on that may result in a price increase before continuing, Once an order has been confirmed it generally takes anywhere from 10-21 days (holidays not included) to complete customized orders based on design. Once a project has been completed it is then taken to our local USPS for shipping. Shipping normally takes 2-4 business days. Please understand that packages can be delayed in the event of holidays, bad weather, and the post office being behind in deliveries.
